Picture Organizer is a simple application that allows you to create photo albums, video and music playlists, and keep them organized in one place. It even allows you to edit your photos before adding them to an album, including image adjustments like flipping, rotation, resizing, and red eye effect removal, to name but a few. You can also adjust other properties like brightness, contrast, hue, saturation, etc., draw objects over the pictures and add text.

You can use this app to view and create slideshows with your pictures, selecting transitional effects, frames, colors, texts, etc. You can also print pictures and complete photo albums, and customize them to your liking. You can even send and receive emails directly from the program. There is also an address book to store all your contacts in one place. What is more, the program is really easy to use and intuitive, so it won't give you any trouble.

In short, Picture Organizer is a wonderful tool for the creation of photo albums that will allow you to have everything perfectly organized in one place.
